Ingredientes

  • 3 pound round steak
  • Flour, salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 10 ounce. beer
  • 2 c. thin beef stock
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat into cubes (approximately 3-3 1/2 inches). Dust with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in butter. Slice onion on top. Add in beer, stock, sugar and vinegar. Cook slowly 2 hrs at 300-325 degrees. Serves 4-5.
