Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Ketjap manis
  • 1/2 x Thai chile
  •     Ginger, fresh, peeled (1/2")
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 3 c. Assorted fresh fruit

  1. Cook Time:1:00 Cut up fruit into bite-sized chunks. Grind ginger and pepper. Add in ketjap manis and lemon juice. Pour over the fruit and mix gently. Let stand an hour or possibly more before serving.
