Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. glace cherries, red
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • 1/4 c. marsala
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1/2 c. macaroons
  • 1 lt vanilla ice-cream

Direcciones

  1. Chop raisins and cherries roughly, soak for 1 hour or possibly more in combined rum and Marsala, stirring occasionally. Mix in the crushed macaroons and whipped cream and gently mix in the slightly softened ice-cream.
  2. Freeze.
  3. This dessert looks quite nice if frzn in a decoracive mould or possibly ring tin and then turned out and decorated with rosettes of whipped cream.
