Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Rum
  • 1/2 c. Seedless raisins
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 stk cinnamon, optional
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely minced pecans, optional

Direcciones

  1. Pour rum over raisins and let stand till raisins are puffed. Mix sugar, water and cinnamon and boil 2 min. Throw away cinnamon and add in raisins and rum. Cook for 5 min. Add in vanilla. Remove from heat and add in lemon and orange peel. Add in nuts. Serve hot, over ice cream.
