Receta Rum Raisin Sauce For Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Rum
- 1/2 c. Seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 stk cinnamon, optional
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. Coarsely minced pecans, optional
Direcciones
- Pour rum over raisins and let stand till raisins are puffed. Mix sugar, water and cinnamon and boil 2 min. Throw away cinnamon and add in raisins and rum. Cook for 5 min. Add in vanilla. Remove from heat and add in lemon and orange peel. Add in nuts. Serve hot, over ice cream.
