Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • cottage cheese
  • lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Add in lowfat milk to slightly beaten Large eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add in flour and salt and stir well.
  2. Fry 5 inch pancakes on a warm buttered griddle till brown on both sides.
  3. Place a Tbsp. of cottage cheese into the center of each and roll the pancake over the cheese so which the sides overlap.
  4. Turn and brown. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
  5. Variation: To serve as a main course, fill pancake with cooked meat.
