Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- cottage cheese
- lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Add in lowfat milk to slightly beaten Large eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add in flour and salt and stir well.
- Fry 5 inch pancakes on a warm buttered griddle till brown on both sides.
- Place a Tbsp. of cottage cheese into the center of each and roll the pancake over the cheese so which the sides overlap.
- Turn and brown. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
- Variation: To serve as a main course, fill pancake with cooked meat.
