Ingredientes

1 1/2 pound lean beef
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. tomato, quartered
1 lg. onion, sliced

1/2 pound fat pork
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 c. stock or possibly water

Direcciones

Simmer several hrs. Slice meat and garnish with lowfat sour cream.
