Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Heat to boiling.
  2. Cut pickles lengthwise. Let stand in cool water for several hrs. Put in jars (pack tightly). Put dill, onion, and garlic in both top and bottom of jars (2 garlic per qt, 2 slices onion per qt). Pour warm liquid over pickles and seal. Stand till water is cool. Yield: 2 qts.
