20its%20hotter%20in%20the%20place%20you%20live...better%20leave%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%201%20hour...wanna%20see%20how%20big%20my%20super%20cold%20crust%20is%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPeel%20off%20one%20side%20paper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20put%20it%20face%20down%20on%20buttered%20and%20floured%20baking%20tray.....peel%20off%20the%20other%20paper%20too%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMeanwhile%20our%20apples%20have%20shrunk%20down%20and%20released%20their%20juices...I%20grated%20a%20bit%20more%20cinnamon%20again...oh!%20I%20love%20them...inhale%20and%20exhale%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20flour%20and%20butter,%20mix%20them%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpoon%20the%20apples%20into%20the%20center%20of%20the%20crust...leaving%20a%202-3%20inch%20border%20all%20around,%20as%20pictured.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20juice%20over%20the%20fruit...reserve%201%20to%202%20tbsp%20juice%20to%20make%20the%20glaze...also,%20too%20much%20juice%20will%20make%20the%20crust%20soggy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVery%20carefully%20and%20gently%20fold%20the%20edges%20of%20the%20dough%20over%20apples,%20overlapping%20the%20dough%20as%20necessary.%20Press%20very%20gently%20to%20seal%20the%20edges......%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBrush%20the%20crust%20with%20beaten%20egg%20and%20sprinkle%20with%20sugar.%20...bake%20for%2025-35%20minutes%20at%20180%20degree%20C..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20powdered%20sugar%20into%20the%20apple%20juice%20and%20mix...until%20you%20get%20the%20glaze.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20oven%20allow%20it%20to%20cool%20slightly%20before%20serving...dust%20with%20powdered%20sugar!!%20Serve%20at%20room%20temp.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20serve%20with%20a%20drizzle%20of%20apple%20glaze.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYummy!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
