Ingredientes

  • 3 bn Spinach
  • 1 x Onion minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 3 x Green chillis
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric pwd
  • 225 gm Paneer
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  •     Oil for deep frying
  • 1 pch Sodium bicarbonate
  •     Salt

Direcciones

  1. Chop spinach , add in 1/4 c. water ,soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in warm oil.Heat oil and fry onions,add in ginger,green chillis and turmeric pwd and fry, add in spinach and paneer.
