Ingredientes
- 3 bn Spinach
- 1 x Onion minced
- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- 3 x Green chillis
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric pwd
- 225 gm Paneer
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- Â Â Oil for deep frying
- 1 pch Sodium bicarbonate
- Â Â Salt
Direcciones
- Chop spinach , add in 1/4 c. water ,soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in warm oil.Heat oil and fry onions,add in ginger,green chillis and turmeric pwd and fry, add in spinach and paneer.
