Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sage, grnd
  • 3 c. Croutons
  • 2 c. Corn bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Chicken stock

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till limp and transparent. add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into the crop and cavities of a 5-6 lb. capon or possibly turkey. Close openings with skewers and lace tightly with string.
