Receta Sage Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sage, grnd
- 3 c. Croutons
- 2 c. Corn bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Chicken stock
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in butter till limp and transparent. add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into the crop and cavities of a 5-6 lb. capon or possibly turkey. Close openings with skewers and lace tightly with string.
