Ingredientes

  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound Romaine or possibly Bibb lettuce
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Spanish artichoke hearts
  • 4 slices crisply fried bacon, broken into pcs
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in blender and blend till well combined and frothy. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.)
  2. Combine lettuce, artichoke hearts and bacon in large bowl. Toss with sufficient dressing to coat generously. Garnish with Large eggs.
