Receta Salami, Tomato And Basil Bruschetta

Ingredientes
- 4 slc Ciabatta bread
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 2 x Ripe plum tomatoes, peeled and crushed
- 100 gm Danish salami, sliced (3 1/2oz)
- 50 gm Black olives, minced (2oz)
- Â Â Fresh basil, roughly minced
Direcciones
- Preheat the grill to a moderate setting.
- Brush each side of the bread with extra virgin olive oil and rub with the crushed garlic.
- Toast the bread on both sides.
- Spread the crushed tomatoes over each slice, top with the salami slices and olives.
- Place under the grill for 5 min and top with the basil leaves. Serve immediately.
- NOTES : A quick and tasty traditional Italian snack.
