Hey y’all.  I decided to update my basic Salisbury steak recipe and this is what I came up with.  I grew up eating this and always thought of them as just mini meatloaf’s in gravy.  Well they kind of are, aren’t they?  So here’s my updated version.  I hope y’all like 1 1/2 lbs ground 1/2 cup bread 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp onion 2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon® beef 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Dijon 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire 1/2 onion diced 1 large Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl and mix to Divide mixture into 5 or 6 Brown patties on each side for 3-4 minutes in a large cast iron pan on medium…
