Ingredientes

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) condensed onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. water
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp. flour

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, combine 1/3 c. soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties.
  2. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat. Gradually blend in remaining soup into flour till smooth. Add in to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen brown bits. Cover; cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till done. 6 servings.
