Ingredientes

  • 1 head cauliflower, broken in florets
  • 1 head broccoli, broken up
  • 1 c. diagonally sliced celery
  • 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn peas
  • 1/2 pound lean bacon, fried crisp & liquid removed
  • 1 c. water chestnuts
  • 2 teaspoon minced green onion tops

Direcciones

  1. Mix all vegetables and bacon together. Cover. Let stand in refrigerator while making dressing. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over vegetables at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. This will keep for several days in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
