Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. lg. pasta shells
  • 1 can pink salmon, flaked & liquid removed
  • 1 c. celery, minced fine
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, minced fine
  • 1 tbsp. minced fine red onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Direcciones

  1. Cook shells in salt water. Drain and cold. Mix the remaining ingredients. Fill pasta shells and chill 1-2 hrs till ready to serve. Garnish with sliced olives or possibly pimento. Makes 16 servings.
