Salmon Burgers With Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 can Salmon, bones removed
  • 1 1/4 c. Fine, fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 can Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Fresh coriander, minced
  •     Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Remove bones from salmon. Place in mixing bowl with 1/2 c. bread crumbs, salt, pepper, cumin, warm sauce and lowfat milk. Stir. Add in lowfat sour cream and coriander and mix well.
  2. Divide into 8 patties about 3/4 inch thick. Coat patties with remaining 3/4 c. bread crumbs.
  3. Place about 1 Tbsp. oil in pan and brown patties till golden brown bronw.
  4. Transfer to platter.
  5. Wipe out pan and add in the 4 Tbsp. of butter, shaking pan till butter starts to brown. Do not burn it! Add in lemon juice. Pour over patties. YUM!
  6. NOTES : If you have fresh salmon, you will need about 1-1 1/4 lbs filet.
