Receta Salmon Flounder Rouladen

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 4 fresh flounder fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (7 1/4 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed, flaked
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
Direcciones
- Line bottom of 8x8x2 inch dish with onion. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the salmon on each fillet. Roll up lengthwise, place in dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 25 min; remove.
- Stir together remaining ingredients, spoon over fillets. Bake uncovered 5 - 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Garnish with watercress, lemon slices and cooked shrimp, if you like. Yields: 4.
