Salmon Salad With Horseradish Dressing

Ingredientes

  • 500 gm salmon fillet
  • 2 x thsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  •     large bunch of watercress
  • 1 x cucumber thinly sliced
  • 4 x spring onions finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. torn fresh dill
  •     seasoning
  • 150 ml soured cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp creamed horseradish

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5.Place salmon on foil on a baking sheet sprinkle with lemon juice dill and pepper wrap loosely and bake for 25 min.
  2. Allow to cold.
  3. Make the dressing: mix ingredients and season.
  4. Skin salmon and flake flesh over the watercress cucumber spring onions and dill in a shallow serving bowl.
  5. Toss lightly and drizzle over the dressing.
  6. Serves 4
