Receta Salmon Salad With Horseradish Dressing

Ingredientes
- 500 gm salmon fillet
- 2 x thsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- Â Â large bunch of watercress
- 1 x cucumber thinly sliced
- 4 x spring onions finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. torn fresh dill
- Â Â seasoning
- 150 ml soured cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp creamed horseradish
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5.Place salmon on foil on a baking sheet sprinkle with lemon juice dill and pepper wrap loosely and bake for 25 min.
- Allow to cold.
- Make the dressing: mix ingredients and season.
- Skin salmon and flake flesh over the watercress cucumber spring onions and dill in a shallow serving bowl.
- Toss lightly and drizzle over the dressing.
- Serves 4
