Salmon Tortilla Appetizers

Ingredientes

  • 15 ounce Salmon, canned -- flaked
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese -- softened
  • 4 Tbsp. Salsa -- mild or possibly medium
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin -- optional
  • 8 x Flour tortillas -- 8 inch

Direcciones

  1. Drain salmon and remove any bones. In a small bowl combine salmon, cream cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro. Add in cumin if you like. Spread about 2 Tbsp. mix over each tortilla. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. Chill 2-3 hrs; slice each tortilla into bite-size pcs.
  2. Yield: About 48 appetizers.
