Ingredientes

  • 1 stk Unsalted butter
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 4 c. Warm lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly-grated nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a 2-qt saucepan till frothing. Remove from heat and stir in flour with a whisk. Cook over low heat for 4 to 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in 1/2 of the warm lowfat milk and whisk till smooth. Add in remaining lowfat milk and whisk till smooth. Bring to boil, add in nutmeg, lower heat and simmer 10 min.
  2. Can be used warm or possibly cool.
