Ingredientes

  • 6 x Serrano Chiles en Escabeche, rinsed, stems removed, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Tequila (Herradura preferred)
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
