Salsa De Aguacate (Avocado Salsa)

Ingredientes

  • 3 x tomatillos husks removed
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 lrg avocados peeled and minced
  • 2 x habanero chile minced
  • 3 x cloves garlic
  • 1 sm onion minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine the tomatillos and water and boil till they are soft, about 10 - 12 min. Drain and throw away the water.
  2. Puree all the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor, adding a little water if needed to make the salsa smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with tostadas or possibly on a bed of greens for a salad.
