Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 5 x fresh tomatoes , minced
  • 1 can (7 ounce) diced green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onions
  • 1 dsh garlic pwdr
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (6 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. shredded longhorn cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute/fry tomatoes, chiles and onions.
  2. Stir in garlic pwdr, salt and pepper, tomato sauce and cheese.
  3. Add in water in small amounts to desired thickness.
  4. Serve warm or possibly cool.
  5. This was much better warm than cool, and not great the next day.
  6. I thought it was a little runny, so I wouldn't add in any water.
  7. This isn't really a cheese sauce, more of a tomato salsa with a taste of cheese.
