Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil, vegetable
  • 1 x Onions, finely minced
  • 1 x Garlic cloves, finely choppd
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar, granulated
  • 2 x Chile, serrano, minced
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper, black
  • 1 Tbsp. Coriander, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic till limp. Add in remaining ingredients, except coriander. Cook gently for 15 min. Taste for seasoning. Add in coriander and cook for 1-2 miutes more. Serve warm or possibly cool.
