Ingredientes
1 (No. 303) can stewed tomatoes
1 (2 ounce.) can peeled Ortega chilies
1 teaspoon garlic, diced fine
1 med. onion, diced fine
Oregano to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
Combine tomatoes, chilies, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and onion. Serve over omelet. Sauce can be frzn for use as desired. 8 servings.
