Ingredientes

  • 1 (No. 303) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (2 ounce.) can peeled Ortega chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, diced fine
  • 1 med. onion, diced fine
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine tomatoes, chilies, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and onion. Serve over omelet. Sauce can be frzn for use as desired. 8 servings.
