- 1 (2 ounce.) can peeled Ortega chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic, diced fine
- 1 med. onion, diced fine
- Oregano to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine tomatoes, chilies, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and onion. Serve over omelet. Sauce can be frzn for use as desired. 8 servings.
