Salsa Picante (Hot Chili Sauce)

Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Tomatoes diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic small
  • 1/4 c. Onion chopped
  • 1/4 c. Fresh coriander chopped, (cilantro)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 lrg Green chili peppers seeded and minced

Direcciones

  1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would chop these coarsely in the food processor.)
  2. Add in tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
  4. (This sauce is excellent served with any Mexican dish or possibly food.)
