Receta Salsa Picante (Hot Chili Sauce)

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Tomatoes diced
- 1 x Clove garlic small
- 1/4 c. Onion chopped
- 1/4 c. Fresh coriander chopped, (cilantro)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 lrg Green chili peppers seeded and minced
Direcciones
- 1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would chop these coarsely in the food processor.)
- 2. Add in tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- 3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
- 4. (This sauce is excellent served with any Mexican dish or possibly food.)
