Ingredientes
8 x Ripe tomatoes, seeded and minced
1/2 c. Cilantro leaves, loosely packed
2 med White onions, chopped
20 ml Garlic, chopped
1/2 c. Fresh Italian flat leaf
Parsley, minced
1/2 c. Light extra virgin olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste
3 x Fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped, or possibly
3 x Canned jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)
Direcciones
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and chill at least 6 hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
