Ingredientes
- 8 x Ripe tomatoes, seeded and minced
- 1/2 c. Cilantro leaves, loosely packed
- 2 med White onions, chopped
- 20 ml Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Fresh Italian flat leaf
- Â Â Parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Light extra virgin olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 x Fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped, or possibly
- 3 x Canned jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and chill at least 6 hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
