- Combine flour and salt. Then add in water. Dough should be soft but not sticky. Knead till all salt is worked in and dough is smooth. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Make hole for hanger. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hrs, check periodically. They are done when completely hard. Cold before painting with felt tip markers and coat with high gloss polyurethane.
