Receta Salted Caramel Apple Pie
Ingredientes

- 1¼ cups unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
- ¼ to ⅓ cup ice water
- For the Pie Filing:
- ½ recipe Salted Caramel Sauce
- 5 tart-crisp apples, peeled, cored and sliced ⅛-inch thick (I used a mix of Granny Smith, Fuji and Honeycrisp)
- ¾ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- For the Egg Wash Topping:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten with a fork
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
