- Place the sliced Large eggs in a serving dish.
- In separate pan, heat up peanut oil. Saute/fry onion, garlic, candlenut, laos, sambal oelek and salt. Be cautious to avoid burning.
- Add in brown sugar, salam leaf and coconut lowfat milk. Bring mix to boil and then simmer for 10 min.
- Pour mix over hard-boiled Large eggs and serve.
