Sambal Goreng Telur (Spiced Eggs)

Ingredientes

  • 5 x Large eggs, hard-boiled and
  •     Sliced into halves
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 x Candlenut, grated
  • 1 tsp Laos
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  •     Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 x Salam leaf
  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Place the sliced Large eggs in a serving dish.
  2. In separate pan, heat up peanut oil. Saute/fry onion, garlic, candlenut, laos, sambal oelek and salt. Be cautious to avoid burning.
  3. Add in brown sugar, salam leaf and coconut lowfat milk. Bring mix to boil and then simmer for 10 min.
  4. Pour mix over hard-boiled Large eggs and serve.
