Receta Sambal Goreng Telur (Spiced Eggs)

Ingredientes
- 5 x Large eggs, hard-boiled and
- Â Â Sliced into halves
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 x Candlenut, grated
- 1 tsp Laos
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 x Salam leaf
- 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Place the sliced Large eggs in a serving dish.
- In separate pan, heat up peanut oil. Saute/fry onion, garlic, candlenut, laos, sambal oelek and salt. Be cautious to avoid burning.
- Add in brown sugar, salam leaf and coconut lowfat milk. Bring mix to boil and then simmer for 10 min.
- Pour mix over hard-boiled Large eggs and serve.
