Sandi's Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. +2T lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 ounce Pkg semi sweet choc chips
  • 1/4 c. Cinnamon sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add in the Large eggs, one at a time. Add in the lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Beat till well blended. Sift together the dry ingredients. I usually just blend them instead of sifting. Add in them to the creamed mix. Mix well. Spoon about 1/2 the batter into a greased 10" tube pan.
  2. Sprinkle batter with Choc. Chips. I use sufficient to ALMOST cover the batter.
  3. Spoon the rest of the batter over the Choc. Chips. Sprinkle with remaining Chips and Cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.
