Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork, cubed as for stew
  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. water
  • Dash garlic salt
  • Dash celery salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix all together in heavy roaster, covered. Don't brown meat first. After baking 2 hrs, occasionally take out of oven and break up meat with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. Serve on sandwich buns.
