- 1 can peaches - (29 ounce) liquid removed
- 1/4 c. peach schnapps
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 bot champagne - (750 ml) chilled

- Blend peaches, peach schnapps, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce in blender or possibly food processor till smooth. Just before serving, pour in champagne.
