Ingredientes

  •     Salad oil for deep frying
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet, heat oil to 350 F. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to egg mix; stir till dry ingredients are moistened and dough is smooth. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into the warm oil; fry till golden and doughnuts rise to the surface.
