Ingredientes

  • 6 x Cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 4 tsp Grnd coriander
  • 4 tsp Brown sugar,packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 4 tsp Finely minced ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 6 Tbsp. Peanut oil

Direcciones

  1. Rub:Combine rub ingredients and rub into chicken pcs. Allow to stand for 45 min.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients and add in chicken pcs. Do this in a non aluminum pan. Store in the refigerator at least 6 hrs, or possibly overnight.
  3. Grill, being careful not to overcook. Serve with peanut sauce. I do this sometimes using boneless breast, that I cut either into chunks or possibly strips
  4. (threaded on skewers), and sometimes just using chicken pcs. Enjoy!!!
