Receta Satay Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 x Cloves of garlic, chopped
- 4 tsp Grnd coriander
- 4 tsp Brown sugar,packed
- 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 4 tsp Finely minced ginger root
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 6 Tbsp. Peanut oil
Direcciones
- Rub:Combine rub ingredients and rub into chicken pcs. Allow to stand for 45 min.
- Combine marinade ingredients and add in chicken pcs. Do this in a non aluminum pan. Store in the refigerator at least 6 hrs, or possibly overnight.
- Grill, being careful not to overcook. Serve with peanut sauce. I do this sometimes using boneless breast, that I cut either into chunks or possibly strips
- (threaded on skewers), and sometimes just using chicken pcs. Enjoy!!!
