Ingredientes
1 1/10 lt Chicken stock (qv)
570 ml double cream
1 x juice of 1 lemon juice
1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
Reduce the stock to 150ml.
Add in the cream and bring to the boil.
Cook for a few mirtutes till the sauce begins to thicken.
Add in lemon juice salt and pepper to taste.
