Saucy Chicken Livers

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound chicken livers, quartered
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 2 T veg. oil
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce with green peppers & mushrooms
  • 2 T dry white or possibly red wine
  • 2 c. warm cooked spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. Rinse livers. Pat dry. In a large frying pan, cook livers and onion in hot oil about 5 min or possibly till the liver centers are only slightly pink. Remove from frying pan, keep warm. In the same frying pan, put together spaghetti sauce and if you like wine. Cook and stir till heated through. Stir in livers, heat through. Serve over hot spaghetti. Serves 4.
