Receta Sauerkraut And Pork
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 but end pork (loin cut for company)
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut (for 2)
Direcciones
- Put sauerkraut in pan with pork on top. Add in sufficient water to slightly cover sauerkraut. Cover and bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. If meat gets too done take it out and keep hot.
