Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 pkg. of sauerkraut
  • 4 or possibly 5 pork chops
  • Paprika
  • 1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork chops. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Line casserole dish with onion. Place 1/2 of sauerkraut in casserole. Place pork chops next. Spread rice on top. Place remaining sauerkraut on rice. Mix soup with water and sugar. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
